Hon. Samuel Nwanosike has refuted reports that the Court of Appeal struck out a case brought before it by the council chairmen on tenure Elongation.
Nwanosike, during a radio interview on Friday, said when people are not informed, they tend to misinform the public.
According to him, the appeal court only ruled that they did not seek the leaf of court before filing the appeal and ordered them to go back and do the right thing.
He stated that their lawyers have complied with the directive, adding that the matter is still in court and alive.
