The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the deaths of ten people following a violent cult clash in the Obele community, Emohua Local Government Area.
Command spokesperson, Grace Koko, revealed in an official statement that the violence stemmed from a supremacy battle between rival groups.
She added that no arrests had been made so far, as investigations into the incident were ongoing. Authorities assured the public of efforts to restore peace in the affected area.
