Chairman of the Rivers State Civil Society Organizations has called for a state of Emergency to be declared on fire fighting and emergency management in the state.
Enefaa made the call following a fire incident at the Eleme/Akpajo axis of the East – West Road.
He also called on the state governor to regulate the operations of tanker drivers in the state.
