Twelve suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested for burning and burying a new born baby at Andoni Waterfront in Eagle Island Port Harcourt.
The suspects were arrested by the Port Harcourt City Local Government Vigilante Group.
Leader of the group, Victor Ohaji disclosed this in a statement Today.
He said the suspects have been handed over to the Police.
