Chairman of Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State, Samuel Nwanosike has vowed to launch a Transport Scheme to cushion the effect of subsidy removal on residents of the area.
Nwanosike made this known during the commissioning of a Health center in the LGA Today.
According to him, the Transport buses will run from Omerelu to Port Harcourt and PH – Omerelu.
