A Palliative Committee to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal on residents of Ikwerre Local Government area of Rivers state, has been set up by the Council Chairman, Hon. Samuel Nwanosike.
The committee is saddled with the responsibility of advising the council chairman on ways to: provide transportation, Improve health facilities of the Council, Rehabilitation of market places and Back to farm support and Provision of back to school palliative.
The committee members are:

Members of the committee will be inaugurated on Monday, 26 June, 2023 at 1p.m by the council boss.
