The Federal Ministry of Education has announced that academic activities will resume for secondary school students in exit classes on August 4, 2020 to enable them partake in the upcoming WASSCE expected to start August 17, 2020.
The Ministry of Education made this known in a statement Today, by its Director of Press, Ministry Of Education, Ben Bem Goong.
The decision was reached at a virtual consultative meeting of the Federal Ministry of Education, Commissioners of Education in the 36 states, the Nigerian Union of Teachers and other relevant agencies, Goong stated.
Ben also confirmed that another meeting will he held tomorrow with other examination bodies to agree on dates for their own exams.
