Some Rivers State students, under the auspices of the National Association of Nigerian Students, have said that students are the biggest losers during and after strike actions.
The students, made this known in a chat with journalists during a protest in Port Harcourt, Today.
The students explained that they want to be part of negotiations between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU.
They noted that the strike would affect education and incur extra accommodation fees, adding that lecturers would rush their courses, just to meet up the calendar.
The students also said at the end of the strike, lecturers get paid, but nobody pays the students for their loss.
