The Nigerian Bar association has announced that it has moved its conference initially scheduled to hold in Port Harcourt , Rivers State to Enugu.
The legal body cited concerns about the situation in Rivers State as the reason for the change in venue.
The body had before the declaration of a State of Emergency announced that the conference would be held in Port Harcourt.
