Some stakeholders in Rivers State have accused Governor Nyesom of speaking up against police brutality only when the person involved has political value.
They made the claims during a call-in programme on radio in Port Harcourt yesterday.
One of the callers said despite the incessant killings of Rivers residents by the police, the governor is yet to condemn any, and call for justice.
Another caller explained how the governor was consistent in condemning the killing of Ferry Egberigbe by the police few months ago. He also narrated how Governor Wike was quick to rescue Joy Nunieh because of her political worth.
In addition, they called on Wike to place equal value on everyone as all lives matter.
