The Principal of Government Girls Secondary School, Rumuokwuta in Obio/Akpor LGA of the state, Lucy Wihioka has been accused of beating up and embarrassing teachers at any slightest provocation.
A Rivers resident, Justice Ori who disclosed this in a statement, said the principal does whatever she wants and boasts that nobody can do anything about it.
He called on the Rivers State Government to investigate the matter and call her to order.
His statement reads,
EMBARRASSMENT OF TEACHERS BY THE PRINCIPAL OF GOVERNMENT GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL RUMUOKWUTA NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
This is to inform the public especially the Rivers State Ministry of Education of the bad attitude, behavior and ill activities of MRS LUCY WIHIOKA the Principal of Government Girls Secondary School, Rumuokwuta in Obio Akpor LGA of Rivers State.
Information has it that Mrs Lucy i.e the school Principal slaps her teachers, embarrass her teachers and talk to them rudely, she even remove wigs on their heads. She has been doing so bragging she is from the Rivers State Government and as such nothing will happen, claiming to be highly connected, that is she has the immunity to insult the school teachers who are supposed to be working under her.
To mention just few Mrs Lucy Wihioka has slapped and embarrassed Mrs Gladys Orlu, Joy Wike and others including corpers in the school.
She has some teachers she pampers and doesn’t talk to them any how and it is believed that those she pampers gives her money and when you don’t give her she treat and talk to you any how.
The teachers are already complaining bitterly of the attitude of this their principal MRS LUCY WIHIOKA who is supposed to be in good terms with her subordinates for a good working relationship.
I am using this medium to call on the Rivers State Ministry of Education to call the Principal of Government Girls Secondary School RUMUOKWUTA to order to refrain from her habitual embarrassment of teachers and corpers as her action is capable of causing bridge of peace within the school environment if she continues with it.
