The whereabout of event host, Rowland Horsefall popularly known as Speech is still unknown, weeks after he was reportedly abducted in Port Harcourt
According to Galaxy Music Awards, GMA, Speech – who is one of its members was last seen on September 8, 2024, around Ada George axis, Port Harcourt.
GMA said, despite “partial” payment of the ransom, there has been no further contact from his abductors, and called on the government, public to assist in any way possible to free him.
The statement read,
URGENT PUBLIC ALERT
MISSING PERSON: ROWLAND HORSEFALL (“SPEECH”)
The Galaxy Music Awards (GMA) family is deeply concerned about the disappearance of our beloved member and host, Rowland Horsefall, known professionally as “Speech.”
LAST SEEN: September 8, 2024, around Adageorge Axis, Port Harcourt.
LAST CONTACT: September 9, 2024 (abductors demanded ransom, partially paid).
We appreciate the efforts of law enforcement and the public in this investigation. However, despite partial payment of the ransom, there has been no further contact from the abductors.
This period has been extremely challenging for Speech’s family and friends. We respectfully request privacy while we continue to seek his safe return.

We pray for Speech’s swift and safe release. We urge the government and the public to assist in any way possible to bring our beloved host home.
