The People’s Democratic Party, has hailed Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State for winning the prestigious Silverbird Extraordinary Personality of the Year Award.
National Publicity Secretary of the leading opposition party, Kola Ologbondiya disclosed this in a statement, yesterday.
He said Gov. Wike has established himself as one of the leading lights in the country.
He stated that the award was bestowed on the Governor due to his extraordinary performance and achievements in governance.
Ologbondiya said Wike has distinguished himself right from his days as LG Chairman, Chief of Staff and Minister.
He commended him for transforming the state and the country at large, while urging him to do more.
