Sen. Magnus Abe has resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress.
Abe disclosed this Today when he appeared on TVC NEWS.
The Rivers Governorship hopeful stated that he has left the party but, is still with its presidential flagbearer, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
According to him, he is no longer part of the charade going on in the party in the state.
Part of his statement reads,
I am strongly in support of Asiwaju but I am not part of APC in Rivers State and the charade going on there.
I didn’t write the purported letter in circulation on social media but everyone knows I had long left the All Progressives All Progressives Congress in Rivers State.
The party in the state does not have what it takes to win elections. The center is no longer holding in the state and everyone is to your tent.
