Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike says the presidential campaign rally of Atiku Abubakar must be held at the Adokiye Amieyesimaka stadium in Igwuruta, Ikwerre LGA.
Wike, during the Governorship rally of the PDP in Eleme local government area of Rivers State Today, said he will not allow them hold the rally elsewhere.
He said the council wanted Amiesimaka stadium and now they have it noting that it must be used for the rally.
He alleged that Abiye Sekibo led thugs and tractors last night to sandfill a land belonging to the state government at Trans Amadi before they were chased out, noting that they were lucky they ran away before he arrived the scene.
Governor, Wike also said Abiye and his men know that they cannot fill the stadium which is why they are gunning for a smaller venue, and that the state government will never result to violence like Abiye and his group.
