A Member of the Rivers State House of Assembly Representing Tai Constituency, Hon. Bernard Ngbar has reportedly donated bicycles to some members of his community to improve security.
Ngbar who is also the Chairman House Committee on Emergency Relief/Special Duties State made the donation at Bunu Tai Town Square Today.
