The NLC in Rivers State has threatened to resume industrial action without notice if security operatives fails to vacate its state secretariat.
The union, disclosed this after its Executive Council meeting in Port Harcourt, Today.
It also issued a seven-day ultimatum to the Nigeria Police Force to vacate the state secretariat.
The union, urged the government to address some of the issues raised which include, “promotion of workers, implementation of Annual increment, payment of outstanding arrears and sincere resolve to release funds to offset back of gratuities and death benefits.
Recall that the Secretariat of the NLC was shutdown by security operatives after a leadership tussle between members of the union.
