Secondus, in a statement said the convention cannot hold with his appeal against his suspension yet to be determined.

He advised the party to halt the planned Congress until the matter is settled in court.

Secondus, had in a statement few days ago denied reports  that he is under pressure to withdraw his case against the party from court.

He stated that he is not in court against the party, but was dragged to court by persons bent on hijacking the soul of the party.
