The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced the official commencement of the second phase of Project HOPE.
The commission in a statement said the project will be launched on September 30th, 2024 at the Rivers State ICT-Training Centre, Opposite Pleasure Park Aba Road, Port Harcourt at 9:00am.
The NDDC said the phase of Project HOPE underscores NDDC’s commitment to promoting sustainable development and improving communities throughout the Niger Delta.
