There are reports of sporadic shootings at Eliozu junction in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.
According to an eyewitness, the shooting was carried out by the military, in a bid to disperse hoodlums and tanker drivers who were engaged in a fight which led to Road blockage.
He stated that the scuffle began after hoodlums broke the windscreen of one of the drivers.
He also said nobody was killed in the incident but many sustained injuries as they scampered for safety.
