The Management of the University of Port Harcourt has announced that the four persons arrested by the EFCC for financial fraud are not students of the institution as earlier speculated.
Spokesperson of the institution, Sam Kpenu in a statement on behalf of the school Today, said people should not paint the famous institution in bad light through reckless and false reports.
He said the names of the four alleged fraudsters are not found on the record of the prestigious institution.
Sam Kpenu, furthermore said the school is not a hub for criminals and people with questionable character.
