The Rivers State Government has said that it is working effortlessly to get modular refineries as an alternative to artisenal refineries.
The State Commissioner for Energy and Natural Resources, Dr. Peter Meede disclosed this when he visited the scene of a gas explosion in Port Harcourt yesterday.
He said the state government is equally considering setting up a team to help mitigate incidents of gas explosion in the state.
