The Rivers State Government has warned motorists, tricycle operators and cyclists in the state to ensure that their number plates are duly registered before November 1, 2020.
The State Internal Revenue Service in a special announcement on radio said it has come to their notice that a good number of road users drive without duly registered plate numbers.
The FIRS in the statement, also said that the Federal Road Safety Corps will begin the operation of taking vehicles without duly registered plate numbers off the road from November 1, 2020.
