The Rivers State Government has denied rumours making the rounds that it secured a court injunction to stop labour from carrying out its planned protest in the state tomorrow.
The State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Zaccheus Adangor, in a statement in Port Harcourt said, court orders are not procured but granted based on issues made.
He noted that claims by the NLC President, Ayuba Wabba that they have not been served the court injunction stopping the protest is a lie.
He furthermore warned the organised labour against going on with the planned protest in the state.
