The Rivers State Government said it has launched the first phase of an automated platfom www.rivcomis.riversstate.gov.ng, which would allow lawyers file cases online.
Special adviser to the State Governor on ICT, Asawor Ibifuro disclosed this during the demonstration exercise of the automated platform launched by the state judiciary at the State High Court in Port Harcourt.
He said the system will improve service delivery, save time, increase government revenue, help individuals monitor cases in various courts and access delivered judgements.
Ibifuro noted that the second phase of the automated system will be launched in no time.
