The Rivers State Chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress says the state government has started implementing part of the agreement reached between both parties few days ago.
Chairperson of the NLC, Beatrice Itubor made this known in a chat with journalists yesterday in Port Harcourt.
She said the two months salaries and allowances owed health workers in 2017 were paid yesterday.
