The Rivers State Government has said that the ongoing construction of school projects in the state will not and cannot be hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Commissioner of Education in the State, Prof. Kaniye Ebeku made the revelation while on an inspection tour of school projects in Ogu-bolo and Oyigbo Local Government Areas of the state.
He said, the Wike led administration’s commitment to delivering infrastructural projects to the people of the state remains its driving force in the continued execution of projects.
Kaniye Ebeku reiterated the governor’s commitment in continuing construction works in the state, despite the pandemic.
