Rivers State University’s Student Union Government President, Ogan Ray has reportedly appointed 38 personal aides.
The SUG President, in a circular that has gone viral said he appointed the aides in a bid to assist in the smooth running of activities in his office.
This comes days after the SUG president of the University of Uyo appointed 18 personal aides.
