The Rivers State University says a nine-man investigative panel has been set up to unravel the cause of the robbery in the school’s female hostels.
Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Nlerum Sunday Okogbule disclosed this in a chat with journalists.
According to him, the school will implement the findings of the panel to forestall future occurrence.
He stated that 20 phones and 3 laptops were stolen, adding that no student was raped during the incident as widely reported.
