Rivers State University (RSU), Nkpolu–Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, has announced that physical clearance for newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
In a press release signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Ibimonia B. S. Harry, the university said the exercise will run daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until Friday, November 7, 2025, at the Information, Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC), and will continue thereafter at respective faculties.
The clearance is mandatory for candidates admitted into Year One and Direct Entry who have accepted their provisional admission.
Students are required to come with the following documents: Admission Letter from JAMB, Original JAMB Result, Accepted Admission Status from JAMB (CAPS), Original O’Level Certificates, Birth Certificate, Local Government Identification Letter, Acceptance Fee Receipt, and other printouts from the RSU student portal.
The university urged all eligible candidates to ensure timely participation in the exercise to secure their admission.
