The Rivers State Police Command has reportedly handed over documents seized from lawyers of the All Progressives Congress back to them.
Sources say the documents were handed over to the party’s legal team at the Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department in Port Harcourt Today.
Recall that about three members of the party’s legal team were arrested in Port Harcourt yesterday with documents for filing.
They were later released last night after investigations proved that they were lawyers hired by the APC. This was after the governorship candidate of the party, Tonye Cole alongside chieftains of the party showed up at the SCID.
