The Rivers State Police Command has dismissed one of its personnel Inspector Michael Odey, over extortion .
Spokesperson, SP Grace Iringe-Koko disclosed ths in a statement Today.
According to her, the officer is one of three officers charged with extorting the sum of 3,000 USDT from a young man in the state.
She also said the two other officers were recommended for dismissal but the recommendation have been forwarded to the office of the Inspector General of Police.
