Salisu Kazeem, the Police officer accused of raping two teenage girls in Port Harcourt, has been detained on the orders of the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday.
The officer was detained Today, at the headuarters of the State Police Command.
The CP has ordered a full investigation into the matter, and has also invited to his office the girls involved in the incident.
Meanwhile, the officer has denied making nude videos of the girls insisting that he slept with them after they consented to the sexual act.
He maintained that the girls withdrew the sum of five hundred thousand naira from his account after he gave them his ATM card to go and eat.
