The Rivers State Police Command has denied reports of the arrest of wanted gang leader – 2Baba, accused of killing the DPO of Ahoada East local government area of the state, Bako Angbashim.
Spokesperson of the command, Grace Koko in a statement Today said the report is false.
She said a trending video showing a man believed to be the wanted criminal sitting on the floor is fake.
Koko said the public would be notified once the suspects are arrested as efforts are on to apprehend all those involved in the killing of the DPO.
