The Rivers Police Command has warned all those planning to stage a protest today October 1 2020, to desist from the act or face the full wrath of the command.
The State Commissioner of Police disclosed this in a statement through the Spokesperson of the command, SP. Nnamdi Omoni.
The CP called on Rivers residents to come out in their numbers to celebrate the country’s independence while observing the COVID-19 protocols.
He further assured residents of adequate security of lives and properties.
