The Rivers State Police Command, says it has arrested three OSPAC members in Nkpor, Obio/Akpor local government area.
Spokesperson of the state police command, Nnamdi Omoni made this known in a statement today.
He said the local Vigilante members were arrested in connection with the alleged torture of one Clifford Woko at Rumuolumeni, few days ago.
The victim was said to have been assaulted by the suspects for allegedly being a cultist.
Woko who commended the police for arresting the suspects said he wants them to be arraigned in court.
