The Rivers State Police Command says it has arrested a member of the Emohua Local Vigilante Service, Godknows Wokanma accused of killing one Chijioke Augustine yesterday.
Spokesperson of the command, Grace Iringi Koko made this known in a chat with journalists Today.
According to her, the suspect has been handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department for Interrogation.
She noted that the State Commissioner of Police, Ebola Friday has ordered an investigation into the matter, adding that the matter would be properly investigated.
The suspect allegedly shot dead Chijioke after they stormed the community in search of a cultist that killed one of its members.
