The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC) has announced that certificates of return will be presented on Monday to winners of the just-concluded local government elections.
Chairman of the commission, Dr. Michael Odey, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday while declaring the results of the polls.
Odey, described the exercise as free, fair, and credible, adding that residents turned out in large numbers to perform their civic responsibilities.
