The Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, has issued Certificate of Return to newly elected chairmen of the 23 Local Government Councils.
The Chairmen were presented with the certificates Today.
Meanwhile, they are expected to be sworn-in by Gov. Sim Fubara Today, at Government House, Port Harcourt.
