The governor, said this during a press briefing at Government House, Port Harcourt on Friday, shortly after he foiled an attempt by Rogue Police officers to takeover the office of RSIEC in Port Harcourt.
According to him, nobody will hold Rivers State to anarchy where the LG system would be suspended because of the interest of one man.
“We will not subject Rivers State to anarchy where the local government system would be suspended because of the interest of one man. Election on Saturday is sacrosanct and all hands are on deck to make it work,” the governor said.
