The Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led State House of Assembly on Monday, screened and confirmed Barr. Emmanuel Onengiye Frank-Fubara as a Commissioner and member of the Rivers State Executive Council.
Shortly after the screening, Speaker of House, Oko-Jumbo said the assembly has the power to screen, adding that the Rivers State Transport Company Reforms Bill and the Emergency Management Agency Bill 2024 passed second reading.
