Rivers State Governor, Sim Fubara has vowed to revamp the state Tourist Beach at Old Port Harcourt Township.
The governor, while addressing the media during his visit to the beach on Monday, said he was at the facility to inspect the land which will be used for expansion and upgrading of the tourist site.
He revealed that an investor is ready to invest in the site, and raise it to standard so as to boost tourism in the state.
He urged the people to support the contractor when the work begins, as he vowed to make life better in the state.
