The Rivers State Government has sealed the site of the collapsed two-storey building in Igwuruta, Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State.
The state commissioner of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Hon. Evans Bipi made this known when he visited the site at the weekend.
According to him, investigation into the collapse building was ongoing, adding that the owner of the building will be arrested for building with substandard materials.
He also criticised the building engineer for building without a plan, and commiserated with victims of the incident.
