The Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has officially recognized Eze Anthony Owabie as the Nye-Nwe Eli of Rumuepirikom Community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
Amadi Eze, media aide to the Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA, Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo, said the council chairman facilitated the recognition of the monarch by the State government.
According to him, Ihunwo while Congratulating the newly recognized monarch, wished him success in leading the traditional and communal affairs of Rumuepirikom.
