The Rivers State Government says the 7-day ultimatum issued to Gov. Sim Fubara by the Martin Amaewhule-led Assembly is not valid.
The state commissioner for Information, Joe Johnson disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday.
According to him the Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo-led assembly is the one recognized by law adding that Amaewhule and his men were only wasting their time.
