The Rivers State Government, has presented cheques of ten million naira to families of police officers that were killed in active service in November 2021.

The state commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon. Paulinus Nsirim presented the cheques to them, today.

The presentation took place at the office of the state Commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday.

The commissioner, commiserated with the families and assured the Police of the government’s support at all times.

The commissioner of Police, on his part commended the state government for their support.

The beneficiaries also commended the state government for the kind gesture.
