The Rivers state government has reportedly issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Daar Communications, owners of AIT/Raypower to vacate its building in Port Harcourt.
According to PM News Nigeria the ultimatum was disclosed in a notice signed by Permanent Secretary of the Rivers State Ministry of Works, Ebere Dennis Emenike, dated Tuesday, March 21.
It said the building in question was one of the structures marked for demolition in the area.
