RSG Flags Off Construction of Youth Resource Center

The Rivers State Deputy Governor, Ngozin Odu on Tuesday flagged off the Construction of the Rivers State Youth Resource Centre (RIVSYREC) at Omagwa in Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state

Prof. ODU performed the task on behalf of the Governor of Rivers State, Sim Fubara.

The Resource center when completed will train Rivers Youths on different skills to be self-employed.
