The Rivers State Government has approved the sum of N15,000 as monthly payment for corp members serving in government agencies and 10,000 to corp members in private agencies in the state.
State Commissioner for Information, Joe Johnson made this known during a meeting with coordinator of the scheme in the state, George Mfonganga.
Johnson who commended the scheme for its impact on the society urged the federal government to increase the monthly allowance of Corp members.
