Suspected Hoodlums are currently on rampage at the Mile 3 market in Diobu Port Harcourt.

Sources say the hoodlums are breaking into people’s shops and carting away goods while also robbing unsuspecting members of the public of their personal belongings.

They said activities in the area have been grounded as motorists and passersby were seen scampering for safety.
